== Hard Reset ==

Per the [[http://aceeca.com/index.php?option=com_maqmahelpdesk&Itemid=5&id_workgroup=1&task=downloads_getfile&id=17&id_version=18|User Guide]], perform the following steps to force a hard reset for this device:

 1. Press and hold the Power and Backlight buttons together, then release the Backlight button only.
 1. Release the Power button when the Palm Powered logo appears.
 1. Follow on-screen instructions:
  * If you want to abandon the hard reset, press the down arrow button.
  * If you want to continue with the hard reset, press the up arrow button.
